We had a great stop over on our way home from Italy. The pool and spa were good and it was an easy walk into the lovely town, which had a good selection of places to eat and drink.

Silenzioso. Bellissima struttura, colazione nel verde. Parcheggio ampio davanti gratuito. Vicino al Centro. Ma il check in e il check out sono disastrosi. Disorganizzati e lenti. E davvero, come è possibile che la catena alberghiera Best Western permetta che alla reception ci sia una signora che non parla inglese? Non è richiesto che parli la mia lingua e tutte le lingue del Globo, ma l'inglese, almeno quello basico collegato alle procedure di chec-in. E anche durante la colazione il personale sembrava un po' disorganizzato.

Schöne Umgebung und Ausstattung des Hotels. Liebevolle Dekoration. Leider gab es keine Körnerbrötchen mehr, wurden auch nicht aufgefüllt.Reichliche Auswahl sonst.Das Abendessen war sejr lecker auch der dazugehörige Service. Der Welness Bereich ist schön aber es befindem sich viel zu wenig Liegen im Ruhebereich. Das Badezimmer war staubig und in unserer Kaffezubehörbox waren Silberfische. Als wir dies zurück gemeldet haben, kam nicht mal eine Entschuldigung aber es wurde notiert. Insgesamt würden wir nicht wieder kommen

don,t spend a nigth in this hotel

the ladies in the front desk have to learn how to receive the customeers, they were rude & did give information about the hotel like: opening hours of the restaurant & the spa. we complained that the water in the shower don't run out. 3 days they did not fixe it. they do cleaning once in 2 days' the room was not clean - we put the sign of clening, they did not clean. one of soap bootle was empty- they did not replace a new one.......

Achtung bei Vorausbezahlung über Hotels.com

Vorab über Hotels.com bezahlt, wurde beim Checkin und Checkout nochmals das Geld für die Übernachtung gefordert. Erst nach Beweis der Abbuchung am Konto durften wir gehen. Ob der Fehler beim Hotel oder Hotels.com liegt, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.
