"We were surprised by how big the room was. We really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly as well. Would go back 100%. The only downside is that one elevator wasn't working so it took a long time to get an elevator and it was often full when it got to our floor. "

" Amazing! Travelled with 5 kids so the space was muchly needed !! Super clean. Easy check-in & out. Poopy though, pool was closed and it was the biggest reason I picked this hotel. Breakfast would have been nice for the price I paid. I also found parking per day a bit expensive as well. Overall solid 9.5/10!!! Will definitely stay again !! ❤️"

"The room was fine, modest and clean, the mattress was a little thin but for the price you can't really asked for more. Grocery store right across the street, refrigerator and microwave provided and cold AC, highly recommend if you're in a budget. Free continental breakfast, the front office staff wasn't very knowledge about the area but it's understandable because they're mostly foreign students so I get it, parking available next door but a little pricey, I parked my car at one of the city's...

"We loved our stay here! The hotel was clean and spacious and in a wonderful location by Pink Lake in Gatineau and just a 15min drive into downtown Ottawa. The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions, and the hotel restaurant/bar was great!"

"The staff was excellent. We had a hard time with our uber going to the airport and the staff was really helpful in getting us a taxi so we can be at the airport in a timely manner. Mind you, we’ve checked out already but they were still concerned about us and was just excellent in every way💝 we checked out on june 21 so whoever was at the reception that day, just thank you😇"
