"I was booked at this property, and the day before my flight, the hotel called to inform me that I could not check in. They booked me into a lesser hotel for the same price. "The room was clean and the bathroom spacious - I booked 2 queen bed , but they felt smaller than queens, maybe doubles? . The breakfast lounge in the morning was great , wide range of foods which is all included. The one and only downside is that the bathrooms near the breakfast lounge did not have a change table for little ones - when ask they advised I could just change my child in a booth ? Glad I still had my keycard , so went back up to change him and then returned the keycard for checkout....

"The room was clean and adequate for our one night stay, but the walls are extremely thin and unfortunately, our stay coincided with a crew of rowdy young kids (hockey tournament?). There were not being supervised by their parents, the staff member at the front desk didn't care and they were running around the halls and shouting to each other, keeping my young kids up and really disturbing our stay."

"The whole experience was perfect. Jen communicated well, giving all the needed instructions about entry and free parking etc. The room and all areas of the property were well appointed, very clean and had obvious attention to detail. This place is off the charts in character. I had coffee in the turret and looked out to see the St Lawrence River. The stairs require some attention by anyone who climbs them. If was a bit more expensive than other options but well worth the extra. "
