"When we arrived at 10 pm, there was nobody at the fronk desk. A sign said someone would be there in 5 minutes, which ended up being 10. By that time, there were 3 other people waiting. One lady was beyond upset at a party that was going on, on her floor and had wakened her 2 children twice. I was sent a message online to pre-register which I did, only to be asked to do it all over again at the registration desk. The website indicated that there is a bar and I inquired, only to find out it...

"Bathroom was spotless. Room was a little sticky/dusty in the far corners but beds were clean and comfortable. Room was large with everything you need. Room had a view of the river, which was unexpected and a bonus. Breakfast was a good standard hotel breakfast (waffles, yoghurt, eggs, cereal, toast). Staff were very friendly. Location was convenient to downtown via car but probably easily walkable unless you have a mobility impairment. "

"My second stay at the ALT Hotel. What an excellent new hotel. I highly recommended staying here and enjoy the fire oven Pizza!"

"I was put in a handicap room and the shower apparatus wasn’t functioning properly so the first morning I ended up having a cold shower. I was contacted by the manager after reporting this and he said he’d have someone look at it. I was told it was repaired but on the second morning I couldn’t get it to work properly and ended up having another cold show. Unacceptable!"

"Very clean spacious rooms, liked the small sectional for seating in the room! Beds were comfortable. Really liked the 3pm check-in and noon checkout. Lots of free parking "
