Overall, our stay was great. There was a couple of small issues in the first room such as the toilet not flushing, so we requested to move into a new room as we hadn't settled in yet; this request was fulfilled without hesitation and our new room was good. The hotel and room were clean and had an acceptable amount of amenities, towels and blankets. Our only issue was regarding the wifi and how their TV's operate. The signal throughout the hotel was fair, and at best, mediocre in the room. The signal was very temperamental and there are no apps on the TV, so you are expected to use your own accounts, such as Netflix, which is fine, but we were only able to access it via a Google Chromecast, which worked maybe half of the time we attempted. We were there for my son’s soccer tournament, and would have appreciated being able to enjoy a movie during the little downtime we had all weekend, instead of needing to constantly troubleshoot the TV. We ended up just watching a movie from my laptop. The manager at checkout was very kind and showed sympathy towards our experience. We would stay here again, but hopefully they address the wifi issues before we do!
