Great private property in a residential area. Manny contacted me to verify arrival time and supply all the required information for directions to the property, where parking was available, code to access the front door and directions to my reserved room.

C’est ma première fois de louer un airbnb et je me suis sentie très en sécurité. Je recommande fortement cet endroit à tout le monde. La maison est très propre, calme et agréable. La chambre est aussi propre et confortable. Le propriétaire est très gentil. N’hésitez surtout pas de louer une chambre dans cette magnifique maison. This is my first time using airbnb and felt very safe. I highly recommend this place to anyone. The house is very clean, quiet and comfortable. The bedroom is also comfortable and clean. The owner is really nice and friendly. Don’t hesitate to book a room in this amazing house.

Great place to stay if you want something cheap and clean. The only downside is that it's in Barrhaven, so you have to drive everywhere.

Expedia’s listing is misleading, this is not a hotel! It is someone’s house! Expedia should be more specific if they are showing Airbnbs and not hotel rooms.

Thanks for your review, however if you weren't happy with your reservation you may have asked for a refund.I am sorry you feel this way about my guest house but considering the listed price I believe it's worth every dollar spent as hotels will be by far more expensive.

Booked Queen w ensuite. Clean, comfortable and convenient for visiting my family in Nepean. Wifi and tv were good. Parking in driveway and on adjacent street was easy. Would stay again.

This place is outstanding, very clean. The room is large and well organized. There is a large walk-in closet, modern washroom with a large bathtub and a large shower with a luxurious shower head. It was well stocked with large bath towels. The bed was large and very comfortable. The host was not present but very nice and accommodating. He recommended a nice restaurant for us to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were greeted by Wanda who was a wonderful and kind young lady. She was extremely helpful. This was one of the best places that we ever stayed in. We will definitely try and stay there when we return to Ottawa.

Why the blackmail ? You didn't show up and asked for a refund which is against hotel policy.You called earlier and I asked you to cancel and you didn't. Why give me a 1* if you didn't stay.

Nice Stay; good location and easy to get to
I had a 3 night reservation. My room had a lock, and there was a shared bathroom with 2 other rooms. There is a full kitchen, with all appliances, dishes and cutlery. The house is roomy, with all bedrooms on second floor. My only negative comment is that the inside of the house is tired; it could stand a paint refresh to all walls and baseboards. Also, the countertops in the kitchen should be replaced.

Had an amazing stay. The place was clean, provided towels and the open living area was nice too. Manny was very responsive and was able to accommodate my stay perfectly.
