Honestly, for the price, this place delivers. The room was in good condition, and the mattress was surprisingly comfortable — I had a solid night’s sleep. Pool and hot tub were under maintenance which was disappointing. Also our thermostat was broken and the room wouldn’t cool down with any regularity. The property was great and in great shape. Staff was great. You do have to pay for parking and breakfast though.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the price is amazing as well. You can't beat the location and the friendliness of front desk. Upon arrival we checked in with a gentleman who was very helpful, our room had an issue with the toilet so he sent maintenance to fix it, the issue still continued so he then offered to just move us to another room. The view was beautiful from our "new" room and it was quite spacious. I think my only complaint is that there is no pool..a beautiful property like that should have a pool.

I thought that breakfast was included, but it is NOT. It says parking "available".....NOT free parking....parking cost $14 a night (I was not prepared for that). The room was clean but the window with the really nice view was very dirty. The bed was very comforatble and the room was a very nice size. The fact that you can close a second door and keep the noise of the hallway out was a nice bonus.

Cold rooms, had to change my room twice yet still cold, noisy air-conditioning, gym is not well equipped and cold. The swimming pool is horrendous. Not enough staff. This will be my last visit to any of this hotel chain.
