I booked a King Suite but was given a King. I argued with the front desk for a refund on the difference. After going back-forth with Expedia, the hotel told us they'd issue the refund - we still haven't received it. Make sure you check your rooms. Also, the rooms aren't cleaned every day. We stayed three nights, and on the second day, the towels were swapped out. There was no cleaning other than that. It seems as though the hotel staff are very junior, and there's only ever one person at the "front desk," which is a mobile podium, not an actual reception.

We did not get the room we wanted and ended up near the noisy elevators. There were kids running through the halls late at night and early in the morning. We did not get queen beds as requested. Not our best stay at this hotel which is our regular hotel choice.
