A bit disappointing as when booking the website wasn't quite the same as the actual cabin. No air con but to be fair I didn't check, just assumed. I wanted a fully self contained unit so we could cook. There was a camp kitchen which was clean The pool was awesome

Okay

The room was clean and service was friendly. However thebloxation is next to a busy highway and you could hear and feel the vibrations of the heavy trucks all night long, making it hard to sleep. Also, the electrical outlets were all by the entrance to the room, with the bed being on the opposite end and was not able to keep my phone charged near me during the night.

The room was spotless. Everything you needed was in the room. Coffee. Sugar etc. A great air fan. Towels etc. The staff were very polite and helpful.

This was an amazing place to stay. We absolutely loved it. The staff were the kindest people on earth! If we come back to New Zealand this is definitely a place I would love to come back to! Clean room, lots of amenities and close to everything. Thank you so much !

Dirty and overpriced

This accommodation is definitely overpriced. Wherever I looked, I saw dirt. In the curtains, in the shower curtains, in the furniture... I think that this holiday park should either reduce the prices 50% or do a proper face lift to the rooms (or at least clean them up!!) And on the top of everything we needed to wash our own dishes. What an earth? I don't understand the price of the accommodation. With that price you should get more than a filthy room and self-service of washing dishes. The funny thing is that they don't even check up the dishes of the previous customers as the cutting board was dirty. Didn't want to touch anywhere. I really would like to hear what the price is based on from the hotel...

Take this off your list WOTIF. No mask wearing from manager during the pandemic outbreak. Too many rules for dog owners. Not all dog owners are irresponsible so don't tarnish those who care for our dogs.
