"Lovely, comfortable, traditional hotel excellently positioned for the national park. Lovely family run the place with help in restaurant from very nice waitress. We had a problem with our room which was dealt with very swiftly and without fuss which we really appreciated. Excellent value for money."

"We enjoyed the stay. The hotel room has a balcony facing an open field. We even can see a few horses. It is beautiful, quiet. The breakfast is amazing with so much variety of food. The hotel arranged the Mreznica River kayaking and it was challenging with so much fun. The staff are all very helpful, friendly. Hopefully we will bring our family to experience this amazing hotel in future."

"This is a very good location from which to visit Plitvice Lakes. I tried to figure out how to make the most of day there ahead of time, but it was hard to envision. The manager gave us simple directions which made the journey easy. This hotel is located near entrance three, used by far fewer people than the other two entrances, so we were able to avoid large crowds. Food was also very good!"

"Our hosts were fabulous! I hear the phrase “the best for our guests” and I believe this was their operating principle. Check in was super simple and efficient and the room was excellent. The breakfast buffet was absolutely fabulous - a wide variety of choices, many homemade goodies, lots of organic options, coffee, tea, cute little omelettes, and all sorts of fruit options. "From the photos I expected a dusty rustic cabin. Instead I found a clean room, although the furniture was a bit dated. The bathroom was modern and clean. The kitchenette was small but effective. The Nespresso machine was appreciated. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. You leave your luggage in their parking lot, where an attendant picks up and delivers it to your room/cabin. We had an upstairs unit so climbing stairs was required. Being upstairs we could sleep with the windows open and...
