"The room was well appointed and clean. The staff were very helpful and the restaurant was good. The location is close to the airport and easy to access Old Town by tram. We stayed here because we were flying out the next day, it was a great choice."

"The Air Conditioning was not allowed to be turned below 19.0 degrees Celsius. The front desk told me it was not allowed due to “city regulations” and to balance the HVAC system across the hotel. Is it one or the other?? Therefore, it was a hot room during the night to sleep in. The hotel is pricey but worth it to stay in the hotel that is connected inside to the Zurich Airport terminal!!"

"The highlight of the hotel is the leisure facilities. Be sure to make time to make use of these. The front desk staff were friendly. I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on this. The restaurant led a lot to be desired. Over priced and poor service. The hotel smelt of cigarette smoke despite being non smoking. The room was fine but not as high spec as I expected for a 4atar hotel."
