"This was a wonderful stay with great views of the bay. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Great kitchen for cooking dinner, with nice table with room for all of us. The living room had nice large TV screen, but also great views overlooking the bay and Dunedin. Spent two nights, but could have easily spent more."

"From the street to inside the place is well laid out. Staff accommodated our baggage storage well before check in. Our rooms were also very comfortable, ultra clean and homely feel. Grateful for the upgrade. Great central location. Black out curtains and a quiet safe space. Thank you for looking after us so well. We look forward to returning to the beautiful restored new york style Chamberson. "
