"Wonderful place to stay if visiting albatross sanctuary or just for the experience of staying at the castle. We stayed in a lodge with a sea view . Decor was in-keeping with the castle and beds were comfortable. We had a tour of the castle included in our nightly rate which was interesting and before check-in we ate in the cafe where the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming Highly recommend."

"I know its a corny expression, calling a place a home away from home but I could easily move into the apartment I stayed in, it was that warm, tidy and inviting. Well maintained retro kiwi beach charm and modern where it needs to be. Premium linen, incredible shower. Every unit appears to have a new split system air conditioner. I had a gorgeous private courtyard with trees and shrubs. Insane value for the location!"

"Staff very helpful and our studio room was very comfortable. The bed was super comfy. In the bathroom was a washing machine and tumble dryer. Ideal if you are travelling. The food for breakfast and evening meal was delicious. Excellent breakfast choices."
