Stop looking and book this hotel now!

We absolutely loved our stay here, it is one of the best hotels I’ve been to. The airline had lost our bags en route and we showed up tired and frustrated from that experience but the hotel staff were so welcoming and kind that we soon snapped out of it. Marilyn in particular was especially helpful in helping us navigate the airline’s lost baggage system and even took it over for us, calling each day and speaking with them (our Italian is terrible). All the staff were just the best and whatever they could do to help, they would. We felt completely at home here and can’t wait for our return visit. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and it’s nice to be a little out of town so you can enjoy the serenity of the countryside. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

Interesting building, we had lovely patio although the room was on the small size, very smart modern bathroom. Always nice and quiet by the pool, which was very large for the size of hotel ! Friendly and helpful staff.

assolutamente insufficiente

esperienza che non ripeterei. la pulizia e lo stato dell'immobile, oltre che della manutenzione generale della struttura, non è adeguata al prezzo pagato. la stanza aveva un cattivo odore, vi erano degli angoli sporchi di polvere e di capelli, dallo scarico del water uscivano insieme all'acqua una moltidudine di formiche, alcuni accessori erano malmessi e posticci. il bagno era piccolissimo ed aveva il vetro della finestra rotto. l'illuminazione della stanza era scarsa e poco efficiente. prese per alimentare caricabatterie o altro mancano, per caricare il telefono bisogna staccare l'alimentazione della luce da comodino. lo stato in generale era al di sotto della categoria e sicuramente del prezzo pagato per notte, nonostante l'alta stagione. l'annunciata disponibilità di biciclette in realtà non vi è. la colazione è a dir poco scarna e pochissimo variata, senza alcun richiamo a prodotti tipici e con pochissima scelta i lettini della piscina erano vecchi e manifestavano usura. complessivamente il giudizio è totalmente negativo, fatto salvo il posto che è molto bello ed il personale di servizio, assolutamente gentile e disponibile. il prezzo pagato è a dir poco esagerato per la qualità generale dell'hotel

The hotel has loads of character due to the age of the property and it being equivalent to a listed building. The rooms were fine and had everything you need in them, they are slightly small and the air conditioning is not the best but it worked and it didn’t matter as we spent most of our time exploring and relaxing by the pool. A car is a must when staying here to make the most of the area as well as the nearest restaurants and shops being a fair walk down a country road. The staff where all lovely and very helpful on recommending where to go and making reservations for us! The grounds are well kept and have lovely tables dotted around where you can relax and enjoy the scenery. Due to the minimal rooms it allowed us to have a personal experience and meant there was always room around the pool and breakfast was never too busy. Had a lovely holiday here and would go back :)

The hotel is located slightly outside the old town limits, yet very close. Its sits on a huge beautifully landscaped gardens. We stayed here for 2 nights in June of 2019. Mostly interacted with Marilyn who went above and beyond our expectations. She recommended several places for us to eat and made reservations for us. This is a small family owned old chateau and it is ran very smoothly. Highly recommend it.

lovely hotel in lovely surroundings

lovely hotel in a very quiet setting, room was clean and spacious and bathroom standard was excellent. breakfast was served on the terrace which was very nice and the pool area was very relaxing - overall would stay here again although it is a bit out of town

Supervriendelijke ontvangst, restaurant en bar nog dicht maar receptie zorgt uitstekend voor drankjes met iets lekkers erbij. Comfortabele kamers, niet heel ruim maar met alles wat je nodig hebt. Gezellige ambiance.

Un bel endroit...

Quel bel endroit ! Jardins, jets d'eau, fontaines, chemins de promenade, piscine extérieure (en octobre l'eau est fraîche)... un bel écrin avec le bâtiment de l'hôtel comme bijou.

Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte reichhaltiger sein. Nachgelegt wurde teilweise erst auf Nachfrage. Das Zimmer hatte teilkweise einen unangenehmen Geruch nach Schimmel.

Great hotel with pool

Hotel is set in a very beautiful location and only 5 mins in taxi from Ostuni. Stafff wee really helpful and rooms were clean with modern bathroom. Lunch menus was limited as got fed up with eating omelette every day. Great hotel and would recommend to anyone.

Lovely welcoming and all receptionists very helpful. Rooms are comfortable but a little small. Breakfasts more than adequate. Pool facility and grounds were very good. Only downside which the hotel couldn't do anything about was being bitten to death I guess due to all the surrounding trees, a perfect home for all biting and stinging insects.

Villa del 1900 immersa nel verde

Abbiamo soggiornato nella settimana di ferragosto e non ci sembrava vero di essere fuori dal caos che, di solito, regna negli hotel in questo periodo. Siamo stati accolti da Michele che con cortesia e professionalità ci ha accompagnati in camera, a cena nel meraviglioso giardino abbiamo conosciuto Luigi che ci ha serviti, o meglio coccolati, per tutta la vacanza (GRANDE LUIGI!) e, se si ha bisogno di qualsiasi cosa, alla reception c'è Simona che pensa a tutto. Stanze pulite, cibo ottimo, cortesia e professionalità...cosa chiedere di più??? Da ritornarci sicuramente, grazie ragazzi!
