"Moc hezky hotel zvenci i uvnitr, vsude cisto a teplo, nic nam nechybelo, a vyuzili jsme i privatni wellness, bylo levne. Nedaleko byla sjezdovka, na niz jsme dosli v klidu pesky, v hotelu pak susarna s moznosti uskladneni snowboardu. Komunikace s pani spravcovou byla vyborna."

"We are so happy we had chosen this place to stay. Everything was smooth and friendly. Rh e room was spacious, the bed were very good and we had good night sleep. The food was very delicious. Every night the dinner was different and even better than the previous one. One should remember to book this option 24 hours before though. The other option for dinner is a la karte. Which is not worse at all, may be a little more costly. The service was superb. This place is a great point to see and enjoy...

"Super Hotel, amazing view, nice, friendly and beauty employees. Recommend. Greetings from Germany"

"hotel room very clean, good breakfast."

"The hotel is on amazing place, the hotel is ideal for families, the staff is friendly and helpful."

"Great aparthotel directly at the feet of ski lift. Dream location in the winter, considering parking for free it’s a bargain, great for summer, biking or hiking. 30 min from Kłodzko, 40 min from Miedzygorze so really close everywhere. AMAZING pool outside and inside, whirlpools, baby pools and slides! Nice hotel bar, although wine sold only in bottles (not glasses) but hearty cocktails. Nice restaurants (Hubertus and Puchaczowka) 5 min away. Altogether great place to start holiday from and visit...

"Good place to stay, clean and large rooms, good breakfast, great location. A pity that English is mostly not an option. "

"I prepaid the stay partly by redeeming Expedia reward points, partly with a credit card. However the property billed me upon checkout, apparently for the value of the redeemed points. This was a very unwelcome surprise."

"The woman who greeted us at the reception desk (Jana) was so friendly and welcoming. It was a treat to meet her."

"Overall we had great 24 hrs stay here with my friends. Staff was helpful, food was great, rooms comfy, pools and sauna very good, outside area for activities excellent. "

"Great resort for kids. Indoor pool was fun and lots of outdoor and indoor entertainment. We had lots of fun! Clean and good service. Wish check out was not 10am but a bit later but other than that i definitely recommend the hotel! "

"Everything was perfect "

"Das Haus ist sauber und ordentlich. Leider nicht nmeotechnisch gestaltet. Die Beschriftungen sind klein und seit mehreren Jahren nicht verbessert. Der Preis ist verhältnismäßig hoch. "

"Clean, Cosy and Nice"

"Great atmosphere, nice restaurant, beautiful surroundings, although isolated. Poor room service, they just removed the garbage, beds were a mess always, not much English speaking, some yes, but it was not easy to get around."

"Lovely, picturesque and quiet location. Swimming pool a good size. Excellent food in restaurant. Clean, spacious room, well heated for winter stay. Efficient check-in. Friendly staff. "
