Friendly and stylish boutique hotel
Beautiful hotel with many personal touches to make you feel that you were staying somewhere special. We only had the breakfast once but have to say the choice, variety and quality of the food was excellent. All the staff we spoke to on reception were super friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend

Very good hotel, comfortable and large bed (at least in our room). The staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is fantastic, very good, tasty and fresh food.

Not bad but could have been better
Would have been cheaper to book directly with hotel. It was $40 more with app. There was a smart TV but no internet could be used for youtube. Front desk unable to assist. Room was clean and comfortable.

2 night stay in Ostend
Lovely spacious room. Very clean. Bathroom was very big and lovely big shower area. Nice welcoming mini bottle of red wine and 2 glasses waiting for us too. All reception staff were extremely helpful and welcoming at all times.

Convenient, clean and comfortable
Super clean and lots of hand sanitiser on each floor. Could have left bikes with a nearby hotel but we just locked them outside.

Lovely Hotel
Amazing hotel with great location and very friendly staff. Unfortunately, there were some power issues on our floor causing the a/c and lights to go out both nights we stayed.

Good location and nice service
Good hotel very well located. The maritime decor really puts us into beach holidays mode. Great to rest and enjoy the beach lifestyle.

Degelijk maar geen luxe.
Eerder een 3 sterren dan een 4 sterren hotel. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooi ontbijtbuffet, maar wordt niet snel aangevuld. Vroeg opstaan is dus de boodschap.

Fris, net en mooi hotel met airco op de kamer en super ontbijt (echt uitgebreid, alles netjes/apart ingepakt (corona-proof), incl cava...was eerder brunchen dan ontbijten en dus best de 20 euro/pp waard wat ons betreft). Op 300m vh casino, op 100m een ondergrondse parking, 200 tal meter vh strand...

Ganz neu und sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und eingerichtetes Hotel - wir waren sehr positiv überrascht! Die Fotos lügen in diesem Fall ausnahmsweise mal nicht. Wunderschöne Zimmer, tolles Bad, alles sehr stilvoll und trendy und noch top in Schuss, da nagelneu. Das Putzkonzept war Corona-bedingt wie meistens etwas eingeschränkt (keine tägliche Zimmerpflege), aber bei Ankunft war alles sehr sauber. Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Das Hotel liegt in perfekter Lage von Ostende, näher am Strand (max 2 Minuten zu Fuß) und der Haupt-Einkaufsmeile (max 5 Minuten zu Fuß) geht kaum. Da es mitten in einer doch recht turbulenten Stadt liegt, kann es nachts auch mal etwas lauter werden (2 Cafés mit gelegentlicher Musik auch abends liegen direkt gegenüber, Müllabfuhr und anderen Verkehr hört man schon mal - aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts und es ist alles im gut erträglichen Bereich). Parken in unmittelbarer Nähe nur im Parkhaus (24 Euro pro Tag). Frühstück nicht günstig (20 Euro), aber sehr gut (und mehr als Standard, z.B. frische Beeren). Extrawünsche (glutenfrei) wurden erfüllt.
