"Overall great experience at Hotel Ambassador. The property is very neat and clean, and the staff is wonderful and helpful. Best of all, it's located right next to the train station, restaurants, and shopping market. Perfect place to stay in Zermatt!"

"スタッフの方がおすすめのお店を教えてくれたり、気さくな方でした。なにより提携先のスパ、サウナ、温泉風を無料で利用できたのがよてもうれしく、ハイキングの疲れを癒すことができました。水着を持ってくことをおすすめします、私たちは現地で買ったのでとても高かったです。 夜間はスタッフ不在のためカードキーで入ることになりますが、設定がうまくできておらず入れませんでした。幸いスタッフがまだいたので対応してくれ、命からがらベッド確保できました。朝食も種類豊富でとても美味しかったです。マッターホルンも部屋のバルコニーからみることができ、素敵な滞在になりました。"
