"Overall, we had an excellent stay at the Grand Plaza Hotel. It's walkable to the major sites. The staff were all very helpful and allowed us a late check out and others an early check in if they could. The breakfast was amazing with so many choices and the staff was very on top of refilling things that were emptied. We had a beautiful room, with an amazing view of the city and the other room had a castle view. The two things to be aware of - 1. The A/C works but not as well as other hotels...

"Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast at the hostel was very good with a lot of options. They had shared washrooms, but also some you could have privacy (toilet, sink, shower in closed in room)- very impressive which i've never seen anywhere else! The art on the walls, the rooftop views and ability to chill and have a drink at night was spectacular! They had a kitchen that people were using that worked very well. Machines available for drinks/snacks and staff available to get...

We really appreciate this act of kindness. It also shows the security of this hotel is top-notch! Very good breakfast as well! The procedures for checking in and checking out are also efficient! Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Ljubljana :) "
