Very spacious and clean property in the centre of Osnabrück. The suite had a nice kitchen and there is a laundry room onsite with 2 washing machines and a dryer. Access is simple through a pin code emailed over before check in. Would recommend.

Neighborhood wasn’t great, but it was fine. Safe enough for young adults. However, the front door lock was broken and did not lock. I reported it, but they did not fix it while we were there for three nights. Very nice, new, clean apartment! Everything you needed in the kitchen!

The apartment was large and very clean. However, the check in was overly complicated and when it didn't seem to be working we were unable to contact anyone gor help. Just getting an automated response was unhflpful, to say the least. Other minor niggles were that despite us staying for four nights there was one toilet roll and one coffee pod. Seemed a bit uneccesarily mean. Finally, it wasn't in a nice part of town and actually felt a little unsafe after dark. We ended up only staying two nights here before moving on to a hotel in Hannover.

An sich eine schöne Unterkunft. Dusche war in einem Zimmer kalt und in dem anderen war der duschschlauch kaputt. Die Straße soll wohl sehr gefährlich sein wurde uns von Einwohnern erzählt. Für eine Nacht eine absolut ausreichende Unterkunft. (Kein Aufzug Koffer müssen hochgetragen werden)

Zimmer an sich war top, allerdings ist die Lage wirklich schlimm. Als alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich abends nicht mehr sicher gefühlt. Es war ständig Polizeipräsenz zu sehen.

Das Zimmer sieht gut aus. Zu Fuß von den Bahnhof erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt's Supermärkte👍 Diesmal war das Zimmer schmutzig, der Boden ist bestimmt seit Wochen nicht gewaschen und das Spinnennetz ist überall. Ansonsten war alles perfekt. Hoffentlich, beim nächsten Mal kriege ich ein sauberen Zimmer.

行くまで不安でしたが、実際に泊まってみて大変良かったと思います。中央駅からタクシーで5分程度（10ユーロ)です。大学近くにあり、仕事に行くのに大変便利でした。また、すぐ近くにスーパーや食事ができるところがあり、徒歩で全ての済ませることができました。再びオスナブリュックに行くとしてら、最有力候補になります。マイナスポイントは、エレベーターがないことと、受付がいないので、帰りのタクシーは自分で予約をしなければならないこと、６泊しましたが、部屋の清掃とタオル交換が1回しかなかったことです。あとは不満に感じることはなく、非常に快適に過ごせました。

Einfache Apartments mit Verbesserungsbedarf

Die Zugangsregelngen sind im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern aufwendig und kompliziert. Dies ist vorher leider so nicht erkennbar. Verbesserungsvorschläge werden nicht verfolgt. Die telefonische Erreichbarkeit ist immer mit (z.T. längeren) Wartezeiten verbunden. Bei Problemen können hier schnell mehrere Stunden vergehen, bis man endlich im Apartment ist. Die Dusche im Apartment war so verstopft, dass die Duschwanne nach wenigen Sekunden überlief. Die Dusche war praktisch nicht benutzbar. Das Apartment selber war einfach, aber modern ausgestattet. Die Lage befindet sich in einem eher "angespannten" sozialem Umfeld. Hier gibt es deutlich schönere Lagen in Osnabrück. Die Apartments im Hinterhaus wären schön ruhig, wenn es dort nicht ein doch recht lautes technisches Aggregat des Nachbargebäudes gäbe. Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt, muss man sich also zwischen Lärm oder Wärme entscheiden. Die Bausubstanz ist insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Besonders die laut schließenden Türen sind regelmäßig zu hören. Die Betten sind dafür sehr gut.
