Perfect location - very close to Oslo Sentralstasjon, the start of the river walk, walking distance to the palace, the fort, and Parliament. Beautiful boardwalk and Sørenga Sea Bath, close to multiple saunas near the Opera House. It was lovely! The first stay was overnight in a regular room that was nice, the second was multiple nights in a junior suite with a large bathroom and plenty of space. Breakfast was delicious, staff were friendly, and we loved our stay. The Shutter Bar had wonderful service, and our introduction to Oslo came with fantastic recommendations from our server.

All the staff was super friendly and helpful. the room was beautiful and clean, the bed was unbelievably comfy. the breakfast was excellent and had a huge variety. the hotel in general was just beautiful the gym was really good and the restaurant was amazing and had delicious food. the location of the hotel was really good, right near the opera house!! i cannot fault this hotel at all and i will definitely be back

Clarion Hotel just locate right side of the Train Station,you can go through track 19 around 200 metres will be there Hotel was very clean ,Receptionist very helpful Breakfast was very very good have a lot of choice Just about 10 minutes walk you are in the shopping centre

Dollar for dollar an absolute steal. Stayed 2 nights and wish we'd stayed more. Great 24/7 gym, walking distance to Munch Museum and Michelin 3* Maaemo. Lovely staff. Great breakfast. Flawless WiFi.

Great location.
This hotel is great beginning with the location, a very walkable city with eclectic architecture. The Munch Museum and opera house were steps away and architectural gems. The train station is less than a 10 minute walk away. There are many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The staff, in particular at breakfast, were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping also did a great job. The restaurant/bar was okay, but the loud techno beat music was a distraction at dinner. Surely more appropriate later in the evening. We look forward to making this our home when next we visit the city.

Property was in a good location, peaceful area but not far from anything. Close to the Munch museum and the Opera House. Room and bathroom were spacious. Excellent buffet breakfast selection. Restaurants close by. Would recommend if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle.

The location was great, the staff were great and the breakfast was great. The only thing that was less than perfect: we were put in a handicapped room which we didn't request and which lacked a few amenities.

Like many Norwegian hoteliers, Clarion Oslo has never heard of a queen bed. Instead, they shove two single beds together. The beds slide apart and all night the mattresses are sliding off the bed. Terrible.

I can see that your reservation was booked as a Deluxe Twin room, and therefore we provided you with that type of room, all in order to fulfill the reservation as booked. We would naturally have seen what we could have done to change you to a Deluxe with a double bed if that category were available, and we had known that you would have preferred that solution.
