"Have stayed here before. This hotel is on the outskirts of Ottawa but is close to an O-line station which will take you downtown quickly. The hotel was redecorated within the last 5 years or so and the rooms are modern in shades of gray. The lack of any artwork in the rooms does make them feel rather sterile. The rooms are large enough for a couple of easy chairs or couch instead of the dining table and chairs provided. The bathroom has an open shower stall and the shower head is angled in such a way that water sprays on the floor and can not be adjusted. The floor of the stall can become slippery which could be a hazard for some. Maybe an anti-slip mat be supplied? They continue to supply individual soaps, shampoo, and body lotion which other places have stopped doing. House keeping is provided daily to empty the garbge, freshen the towels, and straighten the bed. Sheets are only change every 3 days unless specificately requested. (Who changes their bed linen every day?) Breakfast is provided and the selection is very good with hot items such as eggs, pancakes, sausages, and hash browns. My only 2 complaints are that my keycard had to be reprogramed almost every day. A couple of times it was my fault for having my phone in the same pocket as the card. The other was thatone night I found my door had been left open by the housekeeping staff who turn the door's deadbolt on to prevnt the door from closing completely while they are in the room. They forgot to turn it off."

"This hotel was fine. Clean, quiet, and it felt safe. The only disappointment was that for the amount of money we paid for our night’s stay, could they not have provided breakfast or at least unlimited coffee/tea?"

"Pet friendly and outdoor access through patio doors from the room was great. Poor noise insulation between rooms. We were in basement, next to stairwell. It felt like someone was stomping on the ceiling all night and very early in the morning"
