Very conveniently located just across the road from kuromon markets, and walking distance to so much. Also right next to a metro station. The hotel was clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is great and eveththing is clean. The matteess is a bit hard but otherwise the rooms are comfortable. The perfume in the lobby is really strong and i had to plug my nose when i walked through and other guests were sneezing.

Please be aware size of bed. To US standard, the bed consider TWIN size and when I booked the room, the photos they show is very deceiving.

I had a very nice experience overall with this hotel. When I first arrived—I was slightly afraid that the hotel staff wouldn’t be the nicest, and the hotel room wouldn’t block out the noise from the bustling nightlife. I’m happy to say that the staff were extremely kind, and my hotel room was much quieter than I originally thought it would be. I paid to have breakfast included the next morning. It was buffet-style and everything was super delicious.

The hotel only offered 2 pillows for 4 person, though in my booking I stated 2 adults and 2 kids. We ask for atleast 2 more hotel receptionist said they don't have left....But the area is walkable to almost everything you wanted from shopping to restaurant.

It was overall average stay. We felt the room carpets were dirty as there were stains and the quilt cover had a light yellow stain. During winter period, the hotel locks aircon so there was only heating available. The room was so stuffy that we had to open windows to sleep. The car noises were very loud at night after 12am.

I’ve been to Osaka before and booked hotel rooms that were amazing. I can’t believe we paid $90 a night and the receptionist really gave me a room with a blurred out window that can’t even open. I managed to open a little and looked outside to a very disappointing view of an ally way of I think restaurants. I asked to change rooms with a better window and view. They asked for extra charge. Unbelievable.. because my friend got a better room without paying extra charge. Of course I complained! What matters is that I changed my room for free. However, I won’t be booking near this location the next time I visit. It’s a little trashy and seems like the ghetto side of Osaka.

Good location and so-so for everything else
Had a 2-week stay in 2 room types (King bed and Twin) - Soundproofing for exterior noises could be improved. We were on the 11th floor and could still hear very loud street noises by cars. In comparison, it was much quieter when our room was not facing the main street on the 4th floor. - Not the best if you are working from the hotel. The desk's charging power point is not made to fit well with international adaptors. The public area for "working" is only available from 12-10pm. - Housekeeping's scope is quite basic, but they're happy to accede to your requests - if you are still in the room when they come by. - Frontdesk is not the friendliest and not all of them speak English, but gets the job done if you ask. - Comfort: not the best for sleep as there is no AC available (yes still important in winter) because the blanket/bedsheet traps heat and you end up waking up often in the middle of the night sweating - even with the heater turned off. - Having said the above, I'd recommend this hotel for a short stay (not for business or work purpose). The location is good and within a 10-min walking radius, I had the best sushi, soba and sukiyaki/shabu ever.
