Good: It is just a few steps away from the Isumisano train station and near lots of restaurants and 7-Eleven. Bad: The dryer did not work well and the light for the filter kept beeping and chiming even though I emptied the filter. The dryer also was very noisy. There was no dining table where we could eat. The futon couch bed was not comfortable at all. Location is ideal but noisy. Four four people the place was cramped.

Highly recommended
Very happy with our stay! Super convenient; close to the station, convenience store and pharmacy. Having a washer and dryer in the room was A+ for a family with children like us. Fully enjoyed restaurants nearby and a fish market (15 min walk) which was very interesting. Will stay again for sure.

Worth for money and location
I did not get the check-in information until 1 week before my arrival, I was bit worried, but check in was smooth and easy, the room has got everything. It was a bit too small for 4 people, but perfect for a couple I think. There was a small bug in the bathroom, but not a big issue. Seems to be a clean room after all.

The unit is very new and spacious. Room was clean and had everything we need. But there were too many insects in the room, especially on the beds. Many mosquitoes and spiders. Got many mosquito bites... that was not pleasant

チェックインの方法がわからず問い合わせた際、とても親切に対応していただいたおかげで、安心して宿泊することができました。大人４人は少し狭かったですが、スーツケースも広げることができ、関空出発の前泊に良い宿だと思います。

2回目の利用です。泉佐野駅からすぐ近くでコストパフォーマンスはかなりいいと思います。泉佐野駅にセブンイレブンとマツモトキヨシがあるので買い物も困りません。建物はそれなりの年数が経ってそうですがかなり綺麗に保たれてます。洗濯機、乾燥機があるのが便利ですが、乾燥機は数分で止まってしまうことがあり何度かやり直しが必要でした。洗面所の下水の臭いが少し気になりますが許容範囲だと思います。総合的に見て良かったので今年も利用させていただきました。機会があればまた利用したいです。

ソファベッドが古すぎ　ソファベッドのマットうすすぎ 加湿器がなく乾燥した　玄関を開けたらずらりと清掃員の方がならんで居たのでビツクリした

下の階の方に足音のことを言われたので残り数日すごく気を使いました。電車の音がすごかったのでもう少し防音してもらえたらよかったです。 駅近くで立地はすごくよかったです。

長期滞在にも便利です。
今回は海外からのゲストとの滞在に約1週間利用させて頂きました。 駅まで歩いて1分のロケーションは本当に便利。 一応キッチンもあるので外食に飽きて部屋で簡単な食事をしたい時も便利です。 ただ、包丁はあんまり切れません。 何より洗濯機、乾燥機があるので長期滞在の場合衣類の荷物が減らせるのが嬉しいです。 洗剤は粉が嫌だったので、歩いて直ぐのドラッグストアで自分の好みの物を購入しました。 ウイルス対策用に自分で消毒用のアルコールスプレーとワイプを持参しました。 もともと清潔でしたが、さらに安心して利用出来た気がします。 ひとつだけ個人的に気になったのは、入って直ぐの靴箱の上に用意してくださっていたルームコロンの香りが強すぎた事。 部屋に入った瞬間、百貨店の化粧品売り場の雰囲気です。 せっかくでしたが、滞在中は靴箱の中にしまわせて頂きました。 以前も海外からのゲストをお迎えする際に約2週間お借りしたのですが、価格、環境ともに満足です。 またお世話になると思います。 ありがとうこざいました。
