We unfortunately had to cancel our visit to Osaka and as a result cancel our stay at the Intercontinental. Despite having a few days notice the hotel would not give any form of refund
I know we booked the room without cancelation provisions but was hoping there would be some form of concession on this given the advanced notice. The hotel was not sympathetic in the least.
