Property is easy to get to but longer walk than 5min. Subway was not that close but walking down to Namba felt easy as there was a lot to look at. Location is close to nice luxury car dealerships if your into cars. Walking to Namba was about 25-30min but was doable even though we were tired. Eating out here is great. Spacious room and they did do luggage storage when we arrived early. Staff was helpful. Place was clean.

地下鉄の駅から近くて便利
地下鉄の駅から近くて便利です。本町駅が想像以上に便利です。長期滞在中ですが、毎日きれいに部屋を掃除して頂いてるので、快適です。

Great price and location right in the middle of the city, close to Honmachi Subway Station. I actually ended up cancelling but the staff called me to remind me to process cancelling. Great service!

It's cheap but it's slightly far away from the busiest part of Shisaibashi. It's quite a walk in winter. The hotel is in business district so there are some good restaurants nearby but do reserve in advance. hotel offers some free activities. A lot of mainland tourists in groups stay here so could be a bit noisy sometimes. the hotel doesn't provide bottled water and their staff refused to help reserve restaurants for us. Quite disappointing

Excellent overall. Only one thing I found little annoying is the shower head in the washroom wouldn’t stay still and it annoyed me a bit. Otherwise, excellent location excellent service!!!!

Amazing stay
We loved it, customer service was impeccable! Very friendly and helpful. Room was great, got 2 beds in one room as requested without an extra charge and you can’t beat the location! It’s walking distance from the shopping arcade and Dotonbori.

This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Reception staff were rude and impolite. They were also rude to other guests and offered poor service, with one other guest not given fresh towels and reception not knowing how to fix the situation. The room was also incredibly small and average, with one of my pillow cases dirty. I would never stay at this hotel chain again.

A bit long walk to the convenience store. Easy to travel because Hommachi station connects three lines of Osaka Metro.
