I always try to stay at this hotel when I’m in Osaka. Great location with a subway stop directly below. Staff is incredibly helpful and the rooms are large and very comfortable.

Our room smelled like smoke despite the air filter in our room. The shower water temperature rotated in between scalding hot and freezing cold. The room has not been renovated in over 40 years.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Nikko. The premium room was lovely. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The staff were extremely helpful. Would have liked to have stayed longer.

Convenient Location. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s decently priced yet conveniently located. It’s surrounded by shops and restaurants. The train station is directly underneath it, Dotonbori is a couple blocks away. The only thing is they did not let us check in when we arrived at 1p. We were told to come back at 3p. There’s restaurant on site for buffet breakfast with good amount of choices. The room is just enough for 3 ppl, considering most rooms in Japan could only fit 2 ppl. The bathroom looks a bit dated but not too bad and very clean (like everything else in Japan!).

Our family stayed at the hotel for three days. The location is superb, which is just above all major subway lines. Shopping centers and restaurants are within 2-5 minute walking. We visited universal studio using subways. It was about 30 minutes. The staff were very friendly. Mr. Kenichiro Eto was extremely helpful and helped us book reservations for restaurants and beauty salon. The facility itself needs some upgrade. The room we stayed was a non-smoking room but we smell smoking in the room.

Perfect location on top of metro and close enough to shopping district and attractions. Staff were so warm and welcoming. And breakfast was great for westerners. Room was spacious for Japan but didn’t have a smart tv which was surprising. However we were out most of the time so not needed but just surprised for such a tech focussed country. Highly recommend the hotel

Property was amazing, close to everything. Walking distance to all shopping and food areas. Service from the staff was excellent and in room amenities were fantastic. Cannot fault it.

This was a spacious (by Japanese standards), clean, comfortable room that was higher end than I was expecting. It is right in the middle of a higher end shopping district, as well. The train station is accessed through the lower floor, and you can walk to so many amazing things nearby. Loved my stay here.

I read in one of the reviews that the bathroom smelled like urine. It was too late for me to change hotel. When I got to our room and our kids room; what I read about was untrue. The rooms were super clean and we appreciate being on the 25th floor. Love my stay at the hotel. I would stay there again.

Great spot to stay in Osaka. So close to Dotonbori. Hotel is connected to the subway so super easy to get around. Room was more spacious than I’ve had on this trip. Super clean and welcoming. Dropped bag off early in the morning before check in and they were very helpful. Highly recommend for when in Osaka. Walkable to all shops and restaurants.

We had stains on the walls and floors of the room. There were barely any outlets to charge anything .There were 5 elevators but it took approximately 10 minutes to go down to the main floor because not all of them seemed to be going. Great location as it’s near all the shops, and part of the train station as well but just an older hotel

AC did not work. The room was 26c and humid. I asked about the ac and they gave us a fan. The last night they said they turned on the AC but it didn’t cool the room. Still at 26c

The hotel was easily accessible to Kyoto station and within a short walk, which made it easy to arrive via train and see the city. The hotel is nice, but I would say slightly on the dated side, but is well maintained and the staff very attentive. The hotel had a lot of guests that were part of tour companies traversing Japan so the occupancies were quite full on the nights we stayed there. Overall, I would recommend the hotel based on the value and accessibility to Kyoto station, and would stay there again in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Nikki Osaka. The room was comfortable and the service from the hotel staff was excellent. Very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is located in a great location for shopping and sightseeing.

This is the spot perfect for shopping and go around. It’s right next to the station and across the street is the parco mall. Will definitely stay here again if I go to Osaka for a speedy shopping trip again.

Can not adjust thermistat unless u get a primium room. The bed is hard. U are charge for laundry instead of providing us with a laundry machine. Laundry cost is expensive, 600¥ per t-shirt is the cheapest, per pants are like 1,000¥. Some can go up to 1,300¥. Normal laundry mat cost 1,000¥ for the whole load.

Great location with easy access to a subway station in the basement of the building. The room was clean, spacious, and had a nice view of the city, and the staff was kind and helpful as well!
