Unique perks including free juice/soda (from a dispenser) and shared makeup products. Rooms were well designed with more outlets than the average Japanese hotel room and you can control all lights from the bedside. Many of the staff members spoke decent English. Wifi was pretty good. Overall a very nice stay.

The hotel is efficiently run and the rate is very reasonable. Checkin was quick and the staff explained clearly what to expect on the services. Although the room is small and no broadcast TV services, the room was quite comfortable after a long day out. Breakfast is good, many Japanese varieties, salad, and fruit. Location is good. There are Family Mart and a great supermarket within 5 5o 10 min walk. JR Namba station (Yamatoji Line) is 10 min walk and Ashiharabashi Station (Osaka Loop Line) is 15 min walk. These 2 lines are covered by the JR pass which I had. Overall, I enjoyed my time with this hotel.

A short walk from Dotonbori and convenient location for JR Namba station due to having a JR pass. Bathroom was the smallest of all the hotels we stayed at whilst in Japan but still manageable.

Small room which is quite common in Japan，good breakfast, close to OCAT Bus which can ride it to KIX, take us to walk at least 20 mins Namba Station.

Stayed for 3 nights. Location is close to OCAT & JR Namba but quite a walk to Metro station. Staffs are nice. You can drop your luggage if you wish as Check in at 3.00 p.m. Breakfast is ok, more Japanese style. I do love Coffee at the lobby. I wish the hotel will pay more attention more on cleaning. I saw some dust and grease on headboard!

Comfortable stay
Customer service went above and beyond - very impressed with the service. Nice new, comfortable rooms and close to the action. Breakfast buffet left a little to be desired but we went about 30 mins before service ended so this may have been why. Good coffee though.

Nice hotel, walking distance to Dotonbori st.
Nice hotel, about a 15-minute wall from Dotonbori street and Namba station. The room was a bit small (Japanese style) but overall clean and friendly staff.

Large, clean and convenient
Exceptionally large room for Japanese standards. Very clean and nice room atmosphere. The area is also very quite, but close to Namba and railways as well.

Comfortable and good location
Nice cozy place to stay while we were in Osaka. I like it that they pay lots of attention to details to make use comfortable with our stay. Location is great too, just couple of minutes walk from Namba JR station; quiet but safe area which gaves us a nice break away from the crowded/touristy area we spent throughout the day.

Quiet in a busy district
Even though this hotel is in the Namba district, it is in a residential neighborhood. So it is rather quiet. The hotel room is clean and comfortable. The slight downside is convenience, not too many things to walk around immediate around the area. But I enjoyed being able to stay in a quiet place like this in Osaka.

Pleasant stay in Namba
The room is size is just nice for us. We have a high floor room and have a clean room daily. Good front desk service. The location is far from Namba station, but nearer to sakuragawa station.

+ We can walk around 10 mins from JR Namba to the hotel. + You can deposit your luggage if you arrive hotel so early from check-in time. + Staff is very nice and willing to help. + The hotel facilities are perfect. The hotel use good quality for everything. + The hotel is new. - However, it is a bit far from dotonbori. - Room is too small. We cannot open 2 big luggage at the same time.

The hotel is new, clean and quiet. It is in a walking distance to subway and JR station. Fully equipped esp. free unlimited 4G handy in room. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room size is quite small but comfortable.

Just 200 metres from JR-Namba Station
The room is smaller than the hotel I used to stay in Japan, but full of convenience equipment that you need. The room rate is reasonable price and recommend for everyone who come to the hotel for only sleeping at night. The taste of breakfast is not good, I can only eat bread and jam. The staffs are nice and can communicate in English. The overall of this hotel is really new and I recommend this hotel to everyone who have a plan to travel in Osaka.

The best hotel near jr namba
Walk from JR namba 5 minute everything are excellent there full of facilities till good skincare for men and women. I really love this hotel and really reccomended.

Window problems
The room looked beautiful until it came time to relax before bed. My bed was against the wall with the window and the noise from the street was very loud. I though the window was open, even though the window was closed! Cold air seeped through the window making a bad draft too. It was a very cold and noisy sleep.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from JR Namba station & OCAT building where you can catch the airport bus to Kansai Airport, which is very convenient. Walking distance to Namba area, subway, Namba underground walk. There's Family Mart and 7-11 near the hotel. The hotel is new and very clean. Staff are friendly. We really like the shower cream and shampoo provided in the room. The smell is so good!

A brand new and convenient hotel.
A brand new and convenient hotel. A clean room and bathroom. Amenities provided. Only the location could have been better and the room was on the small side. We could hardly move with one small luggage and a stroller in the room.
