Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
生きた虫、虫の死骸、前回の利用者のゴミ（使用済みティッシュや歯間ブラシ、その他ゴミ）アメニティは使用済み、汚れあり、部屋は汚く臭いもひどく、あまりにもひどい有様でした。途中で宿の方に注意の連絡を入れましたが、軽い謝罪と清掃業者が悪いので注意しておきます。の一言で納得のいく謝罪や対応はしていただけませんでした。 とても残念で仕方なかったです。 返金対応していただきたいくらい、ストレスと怒りでいっぱいです。
