今まで利用したホテルの中で一番対応が悪く、部屋も汚かったです。チェックアウト後の荷物預かりもなく驚きました。すごく気分が悪かったです。二度と利用しません。

おススメのホテルです！

こちらのホテルは、今回で2回目の宿泊になります。予約をさせていただいた際、喫煙のお部屋しかなかったのですがホテルに到着しチェックインする時に「禁煙のお部屋が空いていれば変更をお願いしたい」旨を言うと禁煙のお部屋が空いていて快く変更していただきました。そのお部屋が前回宿泊した時と同じ部屋だったのも嬉しかったです。今回はコンサートのために宿泊させていただいたのですが京セラドームから徒歩で移動できる距離、本当に近くてありがたかったです。 フロントの方の対応も良く、次の日にチェックアウトする時にタクシーの予約の手配をお願いしたのですが場所がらタクシーを手配するのが難しいにもかかわらず快く引き受けてくださり感謝しております。朝食のパンも焼き立てで美味しかったです。京セラドームで野球観戦やコンサートのある方は近くて移動できる距離ですので本当におススメです。

1人宿泊だったからまだ良かったけど、洗面所には天井とかに髪の毛がついていた またお湯沸かそうと思ってポット使おうと思ったらホコリが被っていて使えなかった ただ京セラドームまで歩いてすぐだから便利
