Convenient location to local metro. Taxi stand right outside if needed. Walking distance to shops/restaurants. Staff is available to answer questions. Hot springs are great—there is also a cold bath. Overall a great stay.

Room was big enough for us but a bit dated. Our room faced the Main Street and it was incredibly noisy to a point of walking us up in the night. The night noodles were good and a nice touch also provided coffee and tea in the room. Staff was nice as well.

Great then, great now
We stayed at Dormy Inn in 2015, we loved it then and still loved it in 2024. The property itself was clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and happy to hold our bags before check-in. The room was on the small side, which is typical in Japan, but as a family of three we were able to comfortably stay for three nights. What really makes this place stand out is its attention to the small things. Every night guests can get a bowl of free udon from 9-10:30. After a long day of walking around Osaka, this is absolutely wonderful. In addition, guests can get free ice cream/popsicles at night. These were a great way to cool off after enjoying the onsen. Then in the morning, you can get some free yogurts. Overall, we will stay here every time we visit Osaka.

Great hotel for family
It is family friendly hotel, and great facilities as well as great location. However there was tax charge around $aud 25 each room. I didn’t have in my last trip 2 months again and no in other hotels

Stayed 2 nights and it was great. Loved the hot spring, definitely helped after a long flight. It was great that the hot springs were available late at night. The hotel also served free soba and iceblocks at set times.

We stayed at this hotel from Oct 31 to Nov 4, 2023. We really enjoyed our stay. From the ease of check in, the cleanness of the room, the onsen, and of course the free ramen. The hotel is very walkable to all main attraction around the area but with quietness. Oh, and also the small local restaurants in the side roads. It is too bad we only found out the direct access to the Lawson on our last day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be close but not right in the busiest area.

Perfect location to explore Osaka
I stayed in a room with one other friend. Perfect space to sleep in twin beds and small area with couch fridge and tv. The amenities were 10/10 with the hot baths and cold baths so good after a long day of traveling and exploring. I can’t wait to come back to Osaka and stay here. Included free ramen and popsicles at the spa area. In a perfect location near shops and restaurants. Close to a train station. Superb!!
