Excellent hotel, room is spacious for the one I chose. Very convenient location n accessible to most places like e subway, restaurants, shopping etc. Though can be noisy at night as my room faces the main road, but it’s bearable. The same Supervisor (Mr Rai) who was on duty during my check in and check out day was very helpful n friendly. I will definitely be back when I visit Osaka again.

Great service! The staff allowed us to check in an hour before check in time which we appreciated so much having traveled for 24 hours. The location is ideal 👌 as it's located so close to Namba train station and Dotonbori. Our family will gladly book here again.

Location, location, location, this place puts you literally within a 2 minute walk from Dotonbori. It's also right next to the subway for day trips to Nara and Kobe. It's even right next to a family mart to boot! Would happily stay here again!

The property is extremely convenient. It's right next to a family mart and has quick subway access. All the major shopping is around the corner, so it is readily accessible but you don't have to hear all the noise. The staff were friendly and accomadating. The lobby serves juice and coffee in the afternoons and has a currency exchange machine. Laundry machines were very easy and affordable to use.
