"My bed linens had debris and fresh stains because they didnt change the sheets before my stay. I didnt notice until the end of my stay after i pulled back covers to make sure i left nothing behind.The tub was so slippery making me slip. Upon alerting the staff they said non slip tub mats are available on request! How would I know to ask until I got in the shower?! I showed manager the dirty bed and staff profusely apologized and offered a free snack. I would have preferred a free future stay at any U.S. Marriott/Fairfield. But hey they got their $$ and that's all that matters right? I will not stay at a Marriott or partner hotel again....I have choices!!!!"

"The reason this review is so favorable is the general manager, Jessica. We met her at check-in and she was delightful, she personified Hospitality. She helped us with everything from the tv to where we might dine, with a smile and a super helpful attitude. If she was closer to my home I’d try to poach her for my business. If AmericInn could clone her they’d have the #1 spot in every market."

"First thing I saw after walking in was a hole in the wall. Then there was a closet with no hangers in it. Beds were not very comfortable. Some people didn't park well in the small lot, probably due to a lack of lines. When a wipe was used on the bathroom floor, it was black afterwards. Not the cleanest place."
