"Nous avions reservé l’appartement 16 de la rue Salomone. C’etait horrible, beaucoup d’humidité (murs et sols), moisissures sur les murs, les portes ne fermaient pas tellement qu’elles avaient gonflé à cause de l’humidité. Le chauffe eau n’avait pas ete allumé avant notre arrivée et le sol etait super sale. Nous avons contacté le service client et ils nous ont relogé dans un autre appartement qui était vraiment mieux. Nous avons donc passé une seule nuit dans l’appartement 16 que je déconseille...

"This property is GORGEOUS and in the right are: not too in the thick of tourism, but not completely out of it. My gripe is with Wonderful Italy in general and the impossibly slow or broken internet at the property. Upon arriving to Ortegia two hours prior to check-in, the team was TERRIBLE at communicating. Before arriving they couldn’t let us know if we could check-in early, but once we arrived, they provided the worst directions to their office to store our luggage. We literally had to...

"We had to wait a long time until someone could let us in. The heater in the airconditioning didn’t work, it was 14 degrees Celsius and no extra blankets..The shower is cold after 3 minutes. No communication possible after 6 pm, so you have a problem after 6 pm, you have to wait next day until 9 pm. Location is good. "
