"Palazzo Del Sale is a gem. Giovanni was so welcoming and friendly, as were his staff and dog Gigi. At check in we were treated to a cappuchino before Giovanni helped us with our bags up to our room. The location of the hotel is perfect for easy walking around beautiful Ortigia. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable and having the patio just outside our door an added bonus. I highly recommend the Palazzo Del Sale and look forward to visiting again. "

"Posizione a parte nulla di positivo da dire purtroppo; a partire dal pagamento per le tasse di soggiorno che volevano avvenisse esclusivamente in contanti, costringendo la gente in vacanza andare a cercare un ATM, oltre al fatto che la somma richiesta in struttura per esse non era quella scritta nella conferma della prenotazione. Non credo serva aggiungere altro. Non credo si vada avanti lavorando in questo modo, purtroppo."

"Propere kamer. Salvo eigenaar gaf gedetailleerde uitleg van accommodatie en bezienswaardigheden met kaart. Heel vriendelijk en toffe mens. Heeft een priveparking maar parkeren op straat is ook geen probleem. Ontbijt was ook goed er was zelfs cannoli!!!"
