Room was clean and had everything you need but as is usual for Italy, the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. I had to sleep on my pillows. Also, buffet breakfast was blah for 10 euros.

Pleasant hotel, though slightly misleading
It was a well priced mini-apartment and extremely handy being opposite a supermarket. However, a couple of details of the room were misleading. First we had no wifi in the room. Also the swimming pool was in a partner hotel 500m away which was also slightly disappointing. Overall an OK stay. The staff were helpful and spoke good English.

Too expensive for what it has to offer
The room and service not great. Beds were not comfortable. The hotel is not in a good location for Sardinia. Service and breakfast poor. It was way too expensive for what it has to offer. Location is not great and hard to find. Long way from Olbia airport by car.

Great Budget Hotel
Our room was 310 - views over the supermarket but it was really quiet at night. Self catering facilities and in the room were adequate and great if you really wanted to save money but we did not use them. We had a balcony with table and chairs. The bed was really firm (my only complaint) air con was available to control the temperature in the apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean and the staff were really helpful. Car park opposite, near the town and beaches a short drive away. Lovely restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast was what you'd expect in a budget European hotel and as it was included we took advantage every day, but it did get boring after a week. Would recommend to families on a budget.

Spacious, friendly apart-hotel near to beach
This was a very handy base to use for discovering the east coast and mountain region of Barbagia in Sardinia. Our apartment was roomy with plenty of storage space, had a balcony to watch the world go by (though don't expect pretty views, you are on the main road down to the beach !!), a separate double bedroom, a reasonably well equipped kitchenette and a very useful washing machine. The well stocked supermarket is literally right opposite, so very handy for getting your own breakfasts and picnics sorted - the beach at Orosei is vast & just a 3-4 minute drive down the road (bit of a trek on foot), so never felt crowded, the sand there is very coarse & we found the sea a little choppy too (mid September) - there are more picturesque beaches. There are a few pizzerias on the same road as Marina Palace, where the food is fine but a little pricey - we found tastier/less expensive options in the prettier square up in the historic/old centre of the town, about 5 mins walk away. Do try some liquorice & myrtle liqueurs and do spend some time in the mountains - also, be patient with the locals, they seem a little frosty & reserved at first but have hearts of gold !!

Roomy family apartment close to centre of Orosei
We had booked a room for five, and were delighted to find that it was a two-room apartment with well-equipped bathroom, and kitchen and dining area at one end of the main room where the children slept. Clean, pretty quiet, good air-conditioning, and a big carpark opposite plus a large supermarket which was useful for stocking up every day. Had a lovely stay - saw lots of the area as we hired a car. Needed one as we were doing walks in quite remote areas. Two local beaches - one had a charge of 5 euros, but was lovely - could park among trees to keep car and food cool, and have swims too. Other was good too - beach umbrellas recommended as was so hot during our stay.

Disappointing hotel but a nice view
All is said in the title mainly. Overall we had a OK experience but many things could be improved. It was old stuff inside the room mainly, the bedding was terrible (very hard mattress, double bed was two differents beds put close together) and it was very noisy unfortunately (fron within the room - fridge - and people around). Having a kitchen in the room is very handy though, and the terrace and the view were amazing (if you have the chance to be on that side of the building - the other side being on the street). We couldn't get the wifi inside the room (had to go to the main hall). Really beautiful beaches nearby, easily accessible by car.

Mooi appartement met goede keuken. Je kan gebruik maken van het zwembad van het hotel 10 min verder maar strand is zeer de moeite waard om naar toe te gaan.

Per la prima volta sono molto combattuto nel rilasciare un feedback...........per quanto riguarda cortesia del personale e tranquillità del posto sarebbe da votazione massima, per quanto riguarda la presentazione sul sito sarebbe da zero! trovo molto scorretto mettere foto che non corrispondano al vero, in particolare la foto dell'insieme della struttura è visibilmente tarocca, sempre nel sito è rappresentata una piscina che non esiste nella realtà ( o almeno non in quella struttura ma in un altra li vicino....e cosa me ne faccio?!?!?!) la gestione della stanza (un monolocale) non prevede il rassetto della camera ed il cambio della biancheria e questo non è stato in nessun modo anticipato, alla fine siamo stati molto bene e non mi sento di sconsigliare, penso che se presentassero chiaramente la struttura per quello che è e per quello che offre sarebbe ancora più apprezzabile.

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir hatten ein Drei-Bett-Zimmer mit Balkon zur Gartenseite für zwei Personen.Das Zimmer war etwas dunkel. Der Balkon, auf dem locker drei Leute sitzen konnten, diente uns einige Abende als prima Esszimmer. Der Service am Empfang war sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder

Wir waren enttäuscht, denn wenn wir bisher ein Hotel gebucht hatten, gehörte die Zimmerreinigung und der Wäschewechsel dazu. Ansonsten buchten wir eine Ferienwohnung. Die Bettwäsche wurde uns nach der Hälfte der Zeit auf die Betten gelegt. Ab- und Aufziehen haben wir erledigt. Zimmerreinigung gab es gar nicht. Das Waschbecken im Bad lief nicht ab. Trotz wiederholter Bitte kam eine Dame vom Zimmerservice mit einer Plastikpumpe(insgesamt drei Mal), konnte das Ärgernis aber nicht beheben. Wir haben es dann hingenommen(ziemlicher Gestank beim Zähne putzen). Eine gut ausgestattete Küche fanden wir auch nicht vor: keine Kaffeemaschine, keine Kaffeekanne, Besteck für eine Mahlzeit für zwei Personen, nicht einmal ein Weinglas, die Dichtung am Kühlschrank verschimmelt. Wir sind dann einfach immer Essen gegangen, was wirklich sehr lecker war. Der Balkon ging auf eine grüne Mauer aus Unkraut hinaus, aber wir waren sowieso meistens unterwegs. Wahrscheinlich hatten wir Pech, denn das Zimmer lag am Ende des Ganges in der unteren Etage. Den Pool im Nachbarhotel haben wir auch nicht genutzt, da wir dazu erst einmal quer durch die Stadt hätten gehen oder fahren müssen. Das WLAN funktionierte nur bedingt in der Lobby, in den Zimmern überhaupt nicht. Alles in Allem nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Très bon choix.
Impeccable. Check-in rapide. Hotel propre et confortable. J'ai rarement vu une chambre aussi bien équipée pour cuisiner et avec une machine à laver. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Supermarché et parking juste en face. Très jolie plage à 5mn en voiture et possibilité de faire son jogging sur une piste cyclable qui part de l'hôtel vers la plage et le lido. Les chambres sur l'arrière sont plus calmes et ont vu sur la campagne plutot que la route mais l'isolation et la clim fonctionnent très bien.

di passaggio per una sola notte , l hotel bar e’ perfetto sia per la vicinanza al centro sua per andare a mare, cordialita del personale , buona colazione, vicinissimo ci sono diversi supermercati. La stanza e’ pulita , con possiblita anche di pranzare in bel terrazzo lo consiglio per chi non vuole un hotel 4 stelle.

La piscina che si vede nelle foto dista circa 500 m dalla struttura, quindi bisogna andarci di proposito. Tanto valeva indicare che era sul mare...visto che dista solo un paio di km. Appartamento monolocale: pulizia approssimativa, presenza di formiche in cucina e qualche scarafaggio. Letto matrimoniale largo 140 cm. L'ultimo giorno l'aria condizionata non funzionava. Orari di check in e check out scomodi.

Hotel OHNE Pool
Das Hotel ist ok. Leider hatte es keinen Pool. Man kann zwar den Pool im Partnerhotel mitnehmen, aber das finden wir immer etwas umständlich. Die Bilder bei Expedia lassen zwar vermuten, dass das Hotel einen Pool hat, hat es aber definitiv nicht. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Die kleine Küche war praktisch. Matratzen sind sehr hart, aber ok. Zimmer war sauber. Zimmer sind hellhörig, man hört den Nachbarn husten. Balkon war an der Seite des Gebäudes zur alleinigen Nutzung. Zum Strand ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit. Aber man braucht ein Auto oder wenigstens ein Fahrrad. Der Supermarkt gegenüber des Hotels ist praktisch. Auch gibt es in dem Ort eine sehr gute Eisdiele und gute Restaurants. Das WLAN hat bei unseren Geräten leider nicht funktioniert. Nicht nur im Zimmer, auch in den öffentlichen Hotelbereichen. Das Personal ist freundlich und spricht teilweise gutes Englisch.
