"For what it is and where it is I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Yes it's dated but that's part of the charm of this place. It's vintage vibe was great and was reminiscent of the good ol days of Route 66! The staff was great, the location was great for us! There was a lake that was close enough to walk to and fish in. The early fireflies were so cool to watch as well! We'll return to The Best Budget Inn every single time we are in the area!"

"I was very pleased with my room! I requested a room with just a shower and my request was met. The room was large and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Upon arriving, the clerk on duty was professional and friendly! She told me the best place to park and where the elevator was located. My only suggestion would be that the elevator was a little faster. It would also be nice to have a luggage cart available on each floor for easy use. "Smokers were out front which made me wonder about the facility. We only needed to crash for one night and hit road. Front desk was really good and explained security as the facility backs up to forest and homeless people were present. Overall, decent place to crash."
