"Room was good, staff excellent and good breakfast. We had wheelchair accessible room and the king size bed was VERY low to the ground making it difficult for a tall person to get in and out. We also used a sofa bed, the WORST bed EVER!!! I informed the front desk."

"Breakfast was good and delicious but the back door to the hotel is open which is not good. Because anyone that doesn’t have a key can easily access the hotel and thats scary. The blankets were dirty, there was no filter for the air in the bathroom i get sophisticated after showering all the time because theres no fan."

"First impression was not good. Had to wait over an hour after check in time for room to be ready. Very first night there was a guest in the next room playing loud music and talking. Had to call the front desk the next night to report the same guest. They handled the situation and it was not an issue for the rest of our stay. We loved our room location and the layout of the room. It had a separate room with a pull out couch, a dry sink and a tv. Housekeeping was amazing. Never had to ask for...

"Check-in was very easy, staff were friendly and accommodating when I asked questions about the property. I appreciated how clean and neat our room was; however, it did have a very heavy smell as though someone had been smoking. AC works well but caps at 72F past 10PM (I prefer 69F) and you can't change it until the next day. Hot water, cold mini fridge, fresh toiletries. "Room wasn’t clean and I mean FILTHY. The Whole Hotel should be Bull dozed in all honesty. I asked the staff for my Money back and even call you guys because the mentioned that was the only way and in the process of agruing with them for my money my “Time” for a refund it went past its “period”. I didn’t stay in the hotel I ended up going to Mainstays Extended stay Down the road.
