"The main building was beautiful with high arched ceilings. It was beautifully decorated and fresh flowers daily. The water features were lovely, with some large fish in some. The restaurant we used was the large one down stairs. We used the smaller room off the main as it was air-conditioned and less busy. "The hotel was very nice but before we arrived the booking we made nearly 12 months previously was communicated that they wished to move us to a sister hotel. Following communication before we went on this matter it was then confirmed our original booking would stand. However when we arrived for the first two and a half days of the 7 night stay we were constantly battling with the hotel as they only had us staying for 2 nights and again wanted to move us to this sister hotel. "the hotel room was small damp with mold . when we booked it said swim up bar which had closed down due to not renewing there alcohol liecence. the restarant close at 2.30 pm no Wi-Fi at advtised. and beds around pool were broken and rusty . never had the room cleaned once"
