"Positives- good communication and good quality of information about check in, access and parking. Great location with easy walking access to riverside and city centre. Effective plug in fan (no air conditioning). Downsides - poor shower (useless showerhead and water over floor). Noisy, could hear traffic even with window closed overnight.
