Amazing customer service , everyone was so friendly . Hotel was super clean. The food was amazing and so were the drinks . Pool was super clean.

Overall there is no stores nearby, have to order ubereat otherwise you would have to pay for extremely pricy food at hotel.

Very nice hotel! Ammenities are all new! Love that you can watch youtube and other streaming devices on their TV and the ipad controls everything! Very clean and new! We come home to a clean hotel room after tiring days at the park! Love the floor to ceiling view from our room and waking up to a very nice view! Bed are super comfy! I slept like a baby! Would definitely come back!

Great clean hotel with not too many kids running around which makes it a great alternative to some of the other hotels. Only thing to note is the downstairs food options close pretty early and the Starbucks closes even earlier which i thought was a big miss for people coming back from the parks. Other than that the hotel was great and clean and was perfect for a few nights stay!

This was a great hotel, the dining options were amazing for me and my wife who eat very differently. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop patio had a good view of the Disney fireworks at 8:30 and so did our room as we happened to be on the right side. We toured Cabana Bay, Lowes and the Hard Rock while we visited and felt we made the right decision choosing the Aventura as a child free couple. The pool was nice and quiet at the Aventura while the other hotels looked better suited for children.

Great location if doing the parks. Transportation to the parks was very convenient and definitely felt at ease. Would have liked not having to pay at the hotel as pricing for room was enough especially for families. It also didn’t have much for dining except city walk if you didn’t have access to a vehicle.

This property is amazing. Only two small things. Elevators live its own life and work on and off. There is 6 of them tho. So eventually you find the one working. And second don’t try to control volume on your tv. It’s either too loud or too quiet.

While the hotel was nice enough, there are some limitations in the construction. We had a room at the end of a hall on floor 2 and we could hear EVERYTHING in the room next door. Also why does a modern hotel not have a bathroom fan? Oddly no bedside tables on both sides of a king bed. Weird choices like that.
