The shuttle to and from the airport was very easy to access. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful whether by the pool, at the front desk, or the cleaning service. Anything we needed (towels, shampoo, etc.-was taken care of right away and in a friendly way too). The room was nicely set up and spacious but the condition was less than expected (small bugs by the window). It was taken care of but they weren't completely gone even by the end of our stay. The pool area was clean and well maintained. When the lawn care was being serviced, the debris didn't enter the pool area and fresh towels were always restocked. Overall, the stay was very nice. One thing that stood out were the breakfast options. Everything was always fresh and there was an excellent variety every day. The hotel made sure to keep everything stocked during the breakfast hours and were very friendly and helpful. At times, it got very busy but the flow and setup went smoothly. I would recommend this hotel.

Room and facilities are very nice, clean. It would have been nice to have a few complementary bottles of water in the room. Most hotels we frequent, especially in the Southwest have that in a room. Need a TV channel listing for the room also.

Our room was a small suite so nice for my hubby to work at the desk without interrupting me or visa versa Breakfast was great. The free airport shuttle was the icing on the cake.

Property was very clean as was my room. Service desk very efficient. Free breakfast was good. Only issue I had was there are no louvers on the air conditioning units, allowing cold air to blow across the bed. There is a long oval pillow I used to block the air flow directly on the bed, along with placing a towel across the unit to force air to the floor.

prior to visiting this establishment i went to the wrong location glad i didn’t have to stay because the service was poor even though the property was beautiful quickly i found my way here and TK was the best most hospitable desk associate so was miss mary with the reminder about our shuttle to the hotel … i greatly enjoyed myself here and would stay again thank you

We were pleasantly surprise with this property and its amenities. The room was amazing, comfy, clean, and quiet. We found the breakfast area extremely crowded and noisy in the mornings so opted to have breakfast elsewhere. We would defitely stay here again.

The mirror near the was broken, the faucet in the kitchen was loose, the couch had a stain on it and there was a hole where the wall and floor connected, the room looked very dingy. There was a couple fighting in the hallway not just once, but about three times and you could hear yelling from their room.

The rooms were very big, clean and well maintenance, check-in was a breeze you will be charged a $50 deposit on arrival I stayed in room 222 with a king bed living area with pull out sofa a small kitchen area, I was placed with my stay

Very nice room set up- We had a King. Everything was clean, bed comfortable. We had a free shuttle back and forth to airport and even though their breakfast bar didn't open until 6:00am. They had coffee, muffins, bagels and juice ready for early travelers heading to airport on their 4:00am shuttle. Very impressed. The only thing that should be upgraded is the carpet in the hallways. We were on the fourth floor and the first thing that greets you as you walk out of elevator was dingy, less than fresh smelling carpet. It had us worried as we walked to our room. But when we opened the door we were very relieved to see a fresh clean very well appointed hotel room. Perhaps being the end of winter the hall carpet just hasn't been addressed yet for spring cleaning. Overall it was a great stay, great price for the quick overnight room we needed close to the airport. Would definitely stay again.
