in other similar condos we've stayed in, the host has provided shampoo conditioner and many other items such as laundry detergent, and even some basic food items. making a separate trip to the grocery store for small items could've been avoided, and i would happily pay a small fee upfront for this in addition to the sizable cleaning fee.

The association put us in a condo off site with no amenities. When we got there, housekeeping wasn't there yet so the mess fom the people prior was what we walked into.

Terrible experience
We stayed at the terra verde resort, condo 115 pompano beach. The condition of the condo is in disrepair. Everything in there seems to be from the 1970ā€™s including the mattresses and bed sheets. The bathrooms had mildewy shower curtains which the lady I spoke to was nice enough to have them clean right away. The door lock was not explain how to open and the people in the front desk have nothing to do with these condos and even make the situation more confusing . So if you need help theyā€™re not there to help you. I will not stay there again and from now on I will be very careful and ask more questions about these condos and their locations.

Lovely place to relax, a home from home feel to it. Great laundry facilities. Plenty of seating indoors and out. Complex pool is great and a easy drive to Kissimmee. I would go again next time I am in Florida
