Never write review but I booked this based on reviews so I’ll give my honest opinion :)
My balcony room was very clean. I can’t complain about the stay as a whole. You’re not going to get a “Disney magic” vibe from this hotel but it’s in a great location, has a nice Mexican restaurant across street and a Walgreens very near, which was convenient.
The ONLY THING that annoyed me was the fake advertisement of the pool area. Do not book this hotel if you want to chill day at the pool!! They have built a restaurant on the rooftop with an awning, and the tables/chairs for the restaurant takes up the whole area. The restaurant and hookah lounge is cool, and I respect that they are capitalizing on the food industry business; however, the pool as a chill day relaxation area is just not possible. No umbrellas, THREE pool loungers squeezed in between tables, and pool towels that can wrap around a 10 year old. The pool itself we didn’t even bother going in because there was brown dirt or something on the bottom. They claim they clean it daily, but I know what my eyes saw. We spent ten minutes up there and decided to pay for a day pass at an actual pool resort instead.
If I am coming back to Orlando, I’ll probably spend the extra money to go to a resort hotel because that’s the experience I want, and chill by the adult pool.
Overall I wouldn’t say avoid this hotel because it is nice, I just wouldn’t book it if you’re looking for a place with a nice pool to hang at.
