"I would not stay at this hotel again. The overall condition was unacceptable. There was visible mold, stains on the mirrors, and the mattresses were extremely old — the springs made noise every time we moved, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The exterior was also dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, the cleanliness and upkeep fell far below basic expectations. This experience was worse than many budget hotels I’ve stayed in. I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"I've stayed here twice and each time the Heat and Air never works properly. It's either cold or hot sometimes you can put the heat on and it still blows cold air or doesn't turn on at all. "

"We have stayed at a lot of Disney properties, and this was equal or better to most of them. The rooms were massive! The property was very clean and there was a lot to do. We were surprised at the value for the money! Lots of pools, pretty good food options and a huge market on property made last minute food items easy to access. The staff were friendly and they were able to accommodate us for an early check-in. We already booked our next stay! This will be a go-to for us for sure! "

"Kid friendly lots of different pools, beautiful campus, reasonably priced, employees friendly, very clean. No negatives from our recent stay. Would stay here again in a heart beat!!"

"I would rate this hotel a 4 out of 5 overall. There were definitely some great aspects, along with a few areas that could be improved. Pros: -Good, convenient breakfast with essentials like eggs, sausage, bagels, and cereal -Snacks and items available to purchase at any time, which was very convenient -Nice amenities including a pool, lazy river-style area, and activities like pickleball and golf -Overall a solid stay with a lot to offer Cons: -Room was very warm upon arrival and took a while to cool down -AC unit was very loud -Cleaning staff was quite loud gossiping/talking in the mornings -Shower pressure was just okay -Atmosphere didn’t always feel as upscale or relaxing as expected -Some guests’ behavior and strong odors in common areas took away from the experience Overall, it’s a solid hotel with great amenities and good food, but a few improvements in comfort and overall environment would make it even better."

"I was in and out for 1 night only. The hotel is huge and has 3 pools I did not have time to visit. There is a restaurant/bar, coffee shop, and gift store. They offer a buffet breakfast (for a fee) until 10:30 am. Parking is $10 per night. The "amenities" I scored a 3 were a very soft mattress and a TV remote that did not line up with the guide channels. There were things I wanted to watch and could not. I let it go. I was able to get a wake up call, which I appreciated. I would definitely consider staying there again when I am in the area. I'd like to try out the pool and buffet breakfast buffet. "
