"The hotel is beautiful, with a lovely private beach. The room was very comfortable and looked very new. All of that was lovely and made for a really nice experience. However, this is not a 5-star hotel. The staff at the bar and restaurants are, with some exceptions, not very friendly or attentive. Most times I wanted to order something it was like begging for a favor. Even when the restaurant was empty, it was hard to get their attention. The worst part was the actual quality of what you get vs the price. All of the restaurants in the property are VERY expensive and the food/drinks are not very good. I understand most resorts like this charge a bit more, but I expected to at least get better quality for what I was paying for. Between 5-8pm you can only order snacks at the beach and everything is closed. I ordered a burger, which cost 20 euros (there’s nothing cheaper on the menu) and it was so bad I couldn’t eat it…it’s a shame because the place is truly beautiful and the rooms are very nice. The staff at the reception was also very friendly. Unfortunately, the rest of the service is just not up to the same standard of the rest of the hotel and it felt like a bit of a rip-off, to pay so much and not get the same value for money. The restaurants on the beach next to the hotel were much better and a third of the price :("
