si apparts au calme très bien

Appartement vaste fonctionnel et parfaitement équipé. La résidence dispose d’une petite piscine plutôt agréable, mais il est dommage qu’elle soit si froide. La plage est à 5 minutes à pieds et de très nombreux restaurants et magasins sont accessibles aux pieds de l’immeuble. Tout aurait été parfait si ce n’est que notre appartement donnait directement sur un rond point particulièrement chargé de véhicules et qui nous donnait l’impression de passer nos vacances au bord du périphérique. De plus la station est très fréquentée par une clientèle anglaise qui profite des nombreux pubs et il n’est pas rare d’être réveillé vers 4 heures du matin par une rixe entre personnes fortement alcoolisées. Si nous avions pu bénéficier d’un appartement plus en retrait sur la Calle agua ou au dessus de la piscine cela aurait été beaucoup plus agréable et nous aurait permis de profiter de repas pris sur le grand balcon. À noter également le grand professionnalisme du gérant de l’établissement Lawrence et la grande propreté de l’appartement et de l’immeuble en général. Orihuela enfin est une station assez sympathique, pratique mais qui manque de charmes et d’intérêts comme la région en général. Nous sommes néanmoins satisfaits de notre séjour et nous considérons l’endroit comme d’un excellent rapport qualité prix.

A lovely spacious apartment with everything you need. Location is central but my apartment was a bit noisy at times from the bar underneath when the singer is on. Great little Spanish cafe right outside very friendly and welcoming. Can buy WiFi and films to watch .

Short break in sun

Stayed at these apts for 5 days and have to say we enjoyed it, they were in good location for all bars and resturants, nice and clean well equipped,comfortable good staff and Manhattan restaurant on site did excellent food also nice little pool.

Fint lejlighedshotel med store lejligheder. Nem beliggenhed ift byen. Fin service i receptionen, lejlighederne er af ældre dato men meget fine rengjorte. En gratis WI-FI løsning ville kunne ønskes.

Sentralt og OK Hotell

Ligger veldig sentralt ved "the strip" og med relativt kort vei til strand. Nok av barer og restauranter i umiddelbar nærhet. Det er ett leilighetshotell, så rengjøring er det ikke. Ei heller utskifting av håndduker. Resepsjonen er ikke betjent hele dagen men det er enkelt å få tak i den hyggelig engelske mannen som var der. Veldig hjelpsom og hyggelig var han også. Positivt med en stor uteplass(1 etg.) Alt i alt ett greit hotell prisen tatt i betraktning.

Prisvärt, rent och perfekt för en längre semester!

Började lite skakigt då hotels.com ej skickat bokningen hela vägen till hotellet, så de var något överraskade när vi stod i receptionen. Detta löstes dock av personalen/ägarna som var mycket serviceinriktade och bokningen hittades. Medan vi åt middag gjordes vårt rum i ordning (ett större än bokat) och sedan ringde de från hotellet. Som en trevlig gest fick vi en flaska vin och även extra toalettpapper (guldstjärna där). Rummet var rent och bekvämt, köket var välutrustat. Takfläktarna i vårt rum var perfekt komplement till AC. Cafeet intill hotellentren är en liten guldpärla med gott kaffe till bra pris (€1.5).

Hotel is easy to find. Plenty of on road parking. We were given a warm welcome and shown to our room quickly. The room was bright and clean. We were shown all facilities. We were not told we were above bars. One of the bars stayed open until 4a.m. Very noisy!!! We could not get any sleep until after 4 a.m!!! So unless you are a party animal request a room at the back of the apartments.
