"Very nice hotel. Two night stay. The rooms and beds were comfortable and well appointed. The staff (especially the hostess and the breakfast) were very friendly and helpful. We travelled with a 12 and 8 year old the room was good size. We felt there was sufficient room. We would recommend this hotel based on comfort cleanliness and walkability. "

"Incredible hotel in all aspects - great location, charming historical hotel yet modern comfortable rooms, amazing staff (all so friendly), excellent facilities, generous breakfast, and just perfect in every way!! We would recommend and will return. They also presented me with a breakfast birthday cake when none of my group said anything - just by noticing my date of birth during check in I suppose. "As two kiwi travellers, we had an excellent time at Hotel Los Angeles. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, beautiful views from the balcony and nice and quiet. Very close to the centre of town and Alhambra. The pool was very nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious and probably the highlight of our stay. Would highly recommend this place, thank you Los Angeles!! "

"Food is pretty bad. The pool is nice and there are nice balconies in the rooms. The facility is a bit dated and things are pretty banged up. Its not 5 minutes to the beach more like 20-25 up a sognificant hill. "
