I called to change the date for my stay, the staff member Jasmine didn’t do her part of changing the date on the computer, and I was charged for the date that I change originally from which ended up being a no-show and then the bedroom that I ended up staying smell so bad, the room didn’t have towels and didn’t have a remote. It was just awful."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Staybridge Inn and Suites. Staff were friendly and helpful, the property was clean and well maintained, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast had various options to suit each of us in our party that stayed three nights at the hotel."
