"I checked in after spending 2 sleepless nights due to flight delays. Stephanie was truly a breath of fresh air at the front desk and ensured my bags would be brought upstairs to my room promptly (they were). "Restaurants are GREAT! All inclusive package absolutely worth it. Housekeeping could definitely be improved, rooms were not cleaned well, floors were very dirty. Beach is beautiful, most of the staff was friendly. Golf Shuttles are convenient but sometimes took a while even though they weren't busy. "

"Hotel was beautiful. It is the best beach on the island. Staff is super helpful and nice. Ed that works the bar forming the day has horrible customer service and is super rude. We loved staying here and if we came back to Aruba we would stay here again. Only down side is anything alcoholic is not started serving until 11am and you are not allowed to order a shot until 5pm even after 5pm it can not be a mixed shot has to be straight alcohol. Bar closes as 1pm as well and entertainment is done by 10pm. "
