I was a little iffy about my reservation bc of reviews but I was impressed when I opened the door to our room. The room was clean and looked remodeled. The bathroom was nice. The room had a mini fridge and microwave. The linen and towels were clean. I was happy with my stay and will definitely be coming back whenever I am in the area again.

The people up stairs and on the side we’re up all night long stomping and just poorly walking around all night it sounded so bad I couldn’t sleep

Was a little disappointed on the room I had this time vs the last one but it was mixed. The last one didnt have a kitchen this one did with an extra room. This one only had a standup shower with low water pressure. The other one had a tub with better water. One had smaller bathroom one had bigger. Etc etc. overall though they were both nice rooms.

Run….far far away
Save your money and stay far away from this place unless you like dirty, rundown, dated, broken, cockroach infested hotel rooms. I should have known upon check in that this place was going to be a sh*t show. After dinner we had set our food down just to go change and when we came back minutes later there were cockroaches all over our food bags. Sadly there are no pictures as we quickly removed the food bags from the room and killed all the cockroaches out of disgust. We slept with the lights on to hopefully keep them away while we slept (what little we did between the fear of them crawling on us and the constant sirens up and down the street.) Broken toilet seat, broken dresser, dirty sticky rundown table, majorly dented door. The only positive was the hot water pressure. Although I do wonder how much water is wasted for how fast and how much comes out. Spend some more money and save yourself the headache of staying here. Pics included.
Apparently screws are too expensive so they use caulking.
Same with the caulking. It was used multiple places all over the room. Headboard, mirror, etc.

I felt I was in the ghetto. Could smell someone smoking weed most of the night. Very noisy. Would recommend looking elsewhere.

Bed Bug infestation owners did not disclose. Do not stay here. When I arrives there were some mattresses stacked up in the parking lot but it didn’t occur to me that there were bedbugs! My boyfriend’s neck is torn up! I itch and can’t even go home now. The hotel owners were rude anyway and refused to refund our money even after so sent Expedia photos. I reported this to Vector. They should not have let us stay there. They didn’t even do a towel service or change the linen. They made us park our second car away from the property but didn’t disclose that in the ad on Expedia. The wife came outside and demanded my room number as if I wasn’t a paying guest! Orange is nice but this could spread to other hotels and hurt the city. These people still have not referenced my $50 deposit.

Dear Guest, We changed all our mattresses to Sealy Brand. The mattress in your room was brand new, and we hope it was comfortable. We had temporarily put mattresses on the side for recycling. Also it is our policy to allow one car for each reservation (due to tight parking area), and this policy is clearly stated online. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We have refunded your deposit. Thank you.
